I am both a California and Nevada Real Estate Broker. I have been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1992, and in the industry since 1985, when I graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with B.S Business Administration(Finance, Real Estate and Insurance)…Read More. In 1985, I was the mortgage analyst and Loan Underwriter for Advanced Funding Corporation in Brentwood area in Los Angeles. I became their vice president in 1989. Thereafter, I obtained my broker license and became a licensed California Real Estate Broker in February,1992.
In February 1992, I established my mortgage company Sahon Financial Services which became Grace Financial Group, Inc. dba Grace Realty in Beverly Hills, California, with a branch in Sacramento, California. In 1993, I was approved as a contractor with the Resolution Trust Corporation which was a division of the FDIC to underwrite loans for the purchase of failed savings and loan associations.
In 2008, I formed Evergreen Homes which is a boutique residential and commercial real estate brokerage which has been servicing Southern California real estate communities since its formation in 2008. Located at the junction of Santa Monica Blvd and Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills, California, we are just one block East of the prestigious Rodeo Drive. We also have a branch office in Las Vegas, Nevada.
